ScreenMaster LG has for years been Systemairs best selling air curtain. It is available in 12 different versions with different lengths and heating sources. The LG air curtain is recommended for door heights up to 2.5 meters.

Regulating equipment must be ordered separately. The control panel, MP, can control as many as 4 LG and can be connected to a thermostat such as SR122 to regulate the electric heating elements.

For single air curtain installations the MP can be installed inside the LG. MP is then supplied without the plastic housing and called MP-I.

ScreenMaster LG0 has no heating elements and is designed to keep warm air out of cold zones. LG0 is often in installed in reach-in refrigerated cases and in rooms with air conditioning. MP0 controls the fan speed of the LG0.

Construction

Cross-flow fan and heating elements (if present) are mounted in a corrosion-proof hot-dip galavanized, powder coated sheet steel casting.The control box (MP-I) is mounted inside the LG or put on the wall beneath (MP). Units are supplied without electric cord.

Mounting

The LG air curtains are designed for horizontal, fixed installation. It should not be mounted closer than 50 mm from the top of the door. The low height of the appliance and the front inlet allow mounting close to the ceiling, it can also be recessed in false ceilings.
